Establishing a long-term partnership with the client, 717 supported the internal design department in completing their feasibility study.
Our roles were to propose concept layouts, zonings, architectural schematic designs, tabulation, villa types, etc. in coordination with their design and marketing team.
The idea of this master plan was to create a “jungle floating on water”, divided by “villages” where friends and families can enjoy their vacation in various ways by facilitating differently themed villages, an entertainment compound, water park and zipline all in a tropical aesthetic.
