Acting as iconic building within a very local existing neighborhood, we had turned the old 3-star hotel to a friendly homestay with inspirational design: a big vertical
greenery, clean and affordable design, local materials.
We’re telling a simple story: we all can have a nice living space by focusing on layout arrangement, facade treatment and greenery rather than invest into a fancy exterior
