Our brief was to create a building with three functions: an office on the ground floor, a hotel with 24 keys on the upper floors and one luxury penthouse with 3 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining rooms and a living room.
The concept we presented incorporated a façade in which greenery stems up out of the ground, linking with a park that sits in front of the building.
